CodePath is a national education nonprofit transforming computer science for college students my name is anthony pena I’m a senior at fiu studying computer science I was scared to graduate but CodePath made a career out of my major and taught me the set of skills I would need CodePath offers courses in ios development android development and cyber security and to date we’ve enrolled over 10 000 students at knight foundation we’re seeking to build more informed and participatory communities whether it’s here at fiu or at miami dade college or florida memorial what you’re seeing is miami saying I want to be part of the tech economy and the work that CodePath does enables that CodePath is completely free you are getting education from current software engineers at some of the biggest tech companies you have a whole support system that wants to see you succeed after the course I was able to land offers from companies like amazon meta and I’ll be starting full time as a software engineer at a top tech company next year
